Notice is hereby given that Parkes Shire Council has received Planning Proposal No: PP2024/0002 from Solar Mining Services Pty Ltd on land known as Lot 2 DP 1064474, Lot 4 DP 1064474, Lot 3 DP 1064474, Lot 5 DP 1064474, 3577 Henry Parkes Way, Bogan Gate NSW 2876.
The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation can be viewed under 'related information' for the period 10 December 2024 to 31 December 2025.
Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, make written submission to Parkes Shire Council with respect to the planning proposal. To make a submission email council@parkes.nsw.gov.au; or alternatively mail: The General Manager, Parkes Shire Council, PO Box 337, PARKES NSW 2870.
If your comments are an objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.
Any submissions that you wish to make on this proposal may be included without alteration (including names and addresses) in reports that are available to the public, in Council business papers (which are published on Council's website) and also made available to the applicant for comment during consideration of the planning proposal. Anonymous submissions may be given less (or no) weight in consideration of the proposal.
