Notice is hereby given that the Planning Agreement for Ridgey Creek Battery Energy Storage System (SSD - 48756517) and Ridgey Creek Explanatory Note will be on public exhibition between 10 December 2024 and 31 January 2025
The documents are on exhibition and available for inspection during the exhibition period at Parkes Shire Council Administration Building, 2 Cecile Street, Parkes - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm or via the below links:

Any person may make a submission relating to the Planning Agreement for Ridgey Creek Battery Energy Storage System (SSD - 48756517) and Ridgey Creek Explanatory Note during the exhibition period. All submissions must be in writing and addressed to council@parkes.nsw.gov.au; alternatively mailed to: The General Manager, Parkes Shire Council, PO Box 337, PARKES NSW 2870.
Submissions Close: 5.00pm, Friday, 31 January 2025
