Parkes Shire Council resolved at the Ordinary Council Meeting on the 23 July of its intention to provide up to $12,000 in financial assistance from the Peak Hill Town Improvement Fund ("TIF") to the Peak Hill Roosters Rugby League Club.
The assistance is to support the delivery of the 2024 Woodbridge Cup Grand Final, including the costs associated with the installation of temporary fencing, waste management, and additional seating arrangements.
This is subject to no formal submissions being received that do not support the allocation.
