Council is please to advise the Kelly Reserve Ninja Park will open to the public Friday 30 August 2024. 

Project Background

Stage 2 of the Kelly Reserve precinct upgrade includes: 

  • Ninja course
  • Inclusive carousel
  • Toddler equipment

The existing play area was fenced off from Tuesday 2 July.  

Parkes Shire Council will reuse the removed play equipment at Burrawang Park in Bogan Gate to compliment the recent facility upgrades. 

This project is proudly funded by the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program, the NSW Government’s Places to Play grant program as part of the Open Spaces Program, Evolution Mining Northparkes Operations and Parkes Shire Council.
