Country Sounds At The Pavilion Returns For An Unforgettable Night

Get ready for another spectacular evening of live music as Country Sounds at the Pavilion returns to Cooke Park on Saturday 22 February 2025.

Following the incredible success of previous events in the Sounds at the Pavilion series, including Disco Sounds, Country Sounds, and Sounds of the Decades, this event continues to grow in popularity, attracting crowds from 500 to over 3,500 attendees, proving its immense value to the community.

Taking the stage at Cooke Park Pavilion will be some of the best talent in the country music scene, headlined by Robbie Mortimer, with support from Tyla Rodrigues and local favourites Baeden Faint, Gracey Jones and DJ Sammy. From heartfelt ballads to high-energy performances, Country Sounds at the Pavilion promises the perfect summer celebration.

Mayor of Parkes Shire, Cr Neil Westcott, highlighted the importance of these community events.

"It’s fantastic to see our community unite through live music. With such an incredible lineup, Country Sounds is an event not to be missed, so grab your friends and family, and get ready for a fantastic evening!," Mayor Westcott said.

Parkes Shire Council’s Events Officer, Megan Morrison, expressed her excitement about bringing this event to the community.

"These Sounds events are about creating lasting, impactful moments for our community. Seeing how much they’ve grown over the past three years speaks to the value they bring. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching families, friends, and even strangers singing, dancing, laughing, and sharing moments of pure joy," Miss Morrison said.

"With an incredible lineup of national and local talent, I know this will be another great night, and our team can’t wait to share it with everyone," she added.

This free community event offers something for all ages, featuring live music, food vendors, a free kids’ entertainment zone, and a spectacular fireworks display to end the evening with a bang.
