Ordinary Meeting of Council
The Ordinary Meeting of Council enables Council to consider reports of its Committees and Officers, correspondence from ratepayers and to develop policy.
Ordinary Meetings of Council are held on the third Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at 3pm in the Council Chambers in the Administration Building, 2 Cecile Street, Parkes. A full list of Ordinary Meeting dates and times is available in the Public Notices area.
Agendas are usually available three days before the meeting. They can be accessed online, or a hard copy is available in Council's Customer Service area at Council's Administration Building.
Extraordinary Meetings
Extraordinary Council Meetings may be called from time to time. The public will be given a minimum of three days' notice of Extraordinary Meetings via Council's Public Notices and Facebook page.

How to Attend
Ordinary Meetings are open to the public in person, online via Facebook livestream and recorded.
Persons wishing to make submissions can do so by registering to attend the Public Forum, prior to any meeting of Council.
