Cooke Park Pavilion

The Cooke Park Pavilion is a multi-purpose function centre. It can be used for a variety of functions and events, subject to capacity requirements and suitability.

It is conveniently located close to the Parkes CBD, accommodation venues, restaurants, cafes and the shopping precinct.

The facility incorporates a flexible design to enable stage performances (e.g. theatre, music concerts, dance performances etc.), which fall under an "Event" category. If you require the facility for any of these events, please contact Parkes Shire Council's Events Team at events@parkes.nsw.gov.au. 

The facility can also cater to local and regional functions such as meetings, conferences, weddings and celebrations. If you require the facility for any of these purposes, please complete the Cooke Park Pavilion hire form below.

Hire fees and charges

Full Day Hire

Full Day Meeting/Seminar – Flexi Room 12 seats 7 am to 11 pm 

$300.00 plus $130.00 Bond

Full Day Commercial Use – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$630.00 plus $260.00 bond

Full Day Community – open to all community 7 am to 11 pm

$230.00 per hour plus $160.00 bond

Full Day Wedding – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$1,155.00 plus $550.00 bond

Full Day Private Function – at council’s discretion – exclusive use of entire facility 7 am to 11 pm

$1,155.00 plus $550.00 bond

Part Day Hire

Part Day Commercial Use – exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours 

$65.00 per hour plus $160.00 bond

Part Day Community – Open to all community minimum 3 hours

$35.00 per hour

Part Day Wedding – exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours

$65.00 per hour plus $160.00 bond

Part Day Private Function – at council’s discretion exclusive use of entire facility minimum 3 hours
