Homegrown Parkes returns to Cooke Park on Saturday 12 September, 10am - 2pm, celebrating local produce, arts, entertainment and community. Enjoy live music and dance, kids’ activities, local stalls, Crop Swap, community painting and a soil and gut health workshop.

Parkes Shire Council wishes to advise of the following current road closures throughout the Parkes Shire.

Tullamore Standpipe - Currently Unavailable

On Display Indefinitely

Council wishes to advise the Tullamore Standpipe is currently unavailable while works are being undertaken on the reservoir. During this time, residents can access the Trundle or Bogan Gate standpipes instead but will first need to have their cards activated for these locations by contacting Council.
